Carnival brand ambassador John Heald gave the dates in a social media post. The menu first appeared earlier in 2026.

| Carnival Valor | October 17, 2026 |
| Carnival Horizon | October 18, 2026 (PortMiami to the Caribbean) |

What it means for travelers
- This is a dining change only. Itineraries, embarkation times and homeports stay the same, so your flight plans don’t change.
- Booked on Paradise, Freedom or Legend in November? The new menu starts on the sailing dates shown above. On Firenze, Radiance or the Australian ships, expect the current menu until Carnival announces a date.
