October 20, 2026 — South Korea’s SONO Hotels & Resorts is bringing its SONO Moon lifestyle brand to Bali. An existing 225-room hotel in central Seminyak will be repositioned as SONO Moon Bali Seminyak, with an opening expected in the first quarter of 2027.

SONO Hotels & Resorts Asia has signed a management agreement with PT Drupadi Management to rebrand and reposition the hotel. It will be the brand’s first property in Bali, and some of the hotel’s spaces will be turned into new lifestyle and commercial areas.
