October 2, 2026 — Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya is now an all-inclusive resort, the first Conrad anywhere to adopt the format. It stays open to all ages and adds an adults-only section called Ceiba Club.
Hilton announced the move on October 1 alongside the same change at its sister Waldorf Astoria. Caribbean Journal reports the Conrad had been piloting all-inclusive stays earlier in 2026. The Points Guy lists the resort at 349 rooms and suites, open since January 2022.
Included restaurants named by Hilton are Maratea (Mediterranean), Ukai (Japanese), Kengai (teppanyaki), Ultramar, Chiringuito Crudo and Chiringuito Leña. Ceiba Club guests (18+) get their own pool and beach area, the Ceiba Lounge, Carbon restaurant and the Michelin-recognized Autor. Families keep the MYTHOS World kids’ club. Stays of four or more nights booked direct add airport transportation and one experience, such as a cenote visit, Xel-Há or a spa treatment.

What it means for airline travelers
- Existing bookings: The Points Guy reports reservations made under the previous terms will be honored as booked.
- The family option: with the Waldorf Astoria next door going adults-only on January 10, 2027, the Conrad becomes Hilton’s all-ages luxury all-inclusive on this stretch of coast.
- Transfers: Hilton’s release names Cancun International for included private transfers on eligible direct bookings. Tulum has its own airport, but the sources do not say whether transfers from there are included, so ask before choosing where to list.
- Points and rates: new cash and points pricing was not yet visible when The Points Guy published. No travel-industry or airline-employee rate has been published.
